Hello, these are the steps to process your exchange:

Go to your LAKS PAY Account – LINK

  1. Choose the Product
  • Tick the checkbox for the product you want to exchange.
  • Click “Choose Products.”
  1. Exchange Process
  • Select the new product (e.g., a different ring size, color, etc.).
  • Click “EXCHANGE” below the product.
  1. Complete Exchange Request Form
  • Optional: You may upload up to two pictures (attachments) in JPG or PNG format.
  1. Submit Request
  • Once all fields are filled out, click “Submit Request.”
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon submission.
  1. We Will Review Your Exchange Request
  • Exchanges due to size or color will be accepted without any additional payment, and your request will be processed.
  • Once we receive your return shipment, the new product will be shipped to you at no extra cost.
  1. Prepare Your Return Package
  • Include a printed copy of your invoice and exchange request confirmation in the package.
  1. New Product Will Be Shipped
  • Once we receive the returned wearable, we will process your exchange and ship the new product to you.

Shipping T&C

Order processing typically takes 1-3 business day. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped that day, or within 48 hours on weekends. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase.

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email.

Shipping in Europe

We ship with Austrian Post and UPS. For Swiss and UK – LAKS is not responsible for customs fees or taxes incurred from importing goods – these are payable by recipient upon delivery. We ship the items fully insured and listed at full retail value.

International Shipping outside Europe

We ship internationally with UPS for a flatrate of €45. All brokerage fees are included, however LAKS is not responsible for customs fees or taxes incurred from importing goods – these are payable by recipient upon delivery. We ship the items fully insured and listed at full retail value. UPS generally takes 2 to 5 business days, not including any customs delays. If a package is denied entry by customs and returned to us we will refund the cost of the item, but shipping charges are not refundable.

Missed Deliveries and unclaimed Parcels

If you are not in when the delivery agent arrives and you are left a missed delivery slip but fail to collect the parcel within the specified collection period, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, we will treat the order as a return.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back from you.

Returns and Exchanges

Web returns are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of order delivery. This is separate from our retail store return policy, where returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.

Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt, indicating the type of return being done (exchange, store credit or refund).

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. LAKS will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the LAKS returns office.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.

Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return a LAKS Wearable, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. 
For returns and exchanges note that:

  • The items that you return must be in the same condition as the item was received.
  • After receiving your parcel, we check the condition of the item and either exchange the item for another size or refund the returned item.
  • Note that LAKS will not accept unpaid shipments or COD packages and will not bear the costs for shipping or returns.

Returned devices may not be accepted by us:

  • if you did not provide us sufficient information to identify the original order or customer
    or
  • payment for additional postage is required.
