The Fulfilment – časť Stoclet Frieze
Stocletský vlys je séria troch mozaiiek, ktoré si v rokoch 1905-1911 objednal rakúsky maliar Gustav Klimt pre palác Stoclet v Bruseli v Belgicku. Panely zobrazujú víriaci strom života, stojacu ženskú postavu a objímajúci sa pár – Naplnenie. “Naplnenie” zobrazuje dvojicu milencov v tesnom objatí. Opäť sa nám vybaví Beethovenov vlys v Secesii alebo Klimtov “Bozk” v Belvederi, muž je zobrazený zozadu. To Klimtovi umožňuje zobraziť tvár ženy, jej zatvorené oči a oddanosť. Podobne ako v už spomínanom “Bozku” Klimt používa rôzne vzory na vyjadrenie mužskosti a ženskosti: Žena má na sebe kvetinové šaty a muž mohutný plášť s geometrickými tvarmi, ovály a obdĺžniky. Bezpochyby tento habit pripomína Klimtovu vlastnú maliarsku halenu. Večerné slnko spôsobuje, že “naplnenie” sa leskne.
