Hello, here are the instructions for your exchange.
- Go to your LAKS PAY Account – LINK
- Click to ORDERS
- Click the EXCHANGE YOUR WEARABLE button
- Choose the Product
- Tick the checkbox for the product you want to exchange
- Click “Choose Products”
- Exchange Process
- Go directly to the ‘Product‘ section and select the new product (e.g., a different ring size, color,..)
- Press the Black EXCHANGE Button below the Product
- Complete all required details for your exchange request
- You can upload 2 pictures (Attachement) in jpgs. or png.
- Submit Your Request
- Once all fields are filled out, press “Submit Request”
- You will receive a confirmation email upon submission
- We will review your EXCHANGE Request
- We will come back to you as soon as possible
- Prepare Your Return Package
- Include a printed copy of your Invoice and Exchange Request Confirmation in the package
- Next Steps
- Once we receive the returned wearable, we will process your exchange and send out the new product
